Thanks, good to know I'm not alone, esp after seeing all those posts of people who went to pick theirs up directly at the store.
Their customer support is HORRIBLE.
They don't answer emails, and they literally don't have a customer support phone number that works.
This is the first time I've ordered TFs from them, and it's going to be the last unless there's literally no other option.
