Just posted on ActionFigureNews.ca that our good friend Chris has been watching his thread (and surprise, surprise no acknowledgment from him regarding his actions as of late - just ghosting).

Last he was on here was back in October. If you click on a users name you can see their last login time (which in the case of the other board was yesterday afternoon).

Given the crap he's pulled I'd strongly suggest to the mods that he gets banned. No point in giving him the ability to watch how this is unfolding, since his last email 2 days ago he states would be his final form of communication.

Finally got help from rbc visa. Ive disputed my case with the transaction in March 2022 via paypal. Seems promising and more helpful than dealing with paypal. Fingers crossed

I can't speak to other banks, but with my RBC Visa they ask some questions but the charge on your statement is enough to initiate the process. They pretty much take you at your word and inquire with the merchant for proof that the order was fulfilled. If this is not provided by the merchant in a timely manner, the charge is reversed.

Well, after contacting my bank, the person I spoke to outright said there would be zero help from them since it was "way passed" the 90-day limit... That's just great.
