Re: BC Community Thread For Non-Sightings Chat

With the current water restrictions, its hilarious to hear my neighbor watering his yard and garden 1am in the morning, lol.

You're allowed to water your vegetable gardens.

Saw the ad on newspaper. Apparently Psycho Prime is at PNE this year to kill you all for his face collection.

Nope, level 3 watering restrictions means you have to hand water it. And if it's at 1pm, its probably a system and shouldn't be on.

Nah, the dude was watering his yard and flower garden at 1am that night, and has been doing it for awhile. Hes not bright at making it noticeable, as he has the greenest yard on our block, and he doesn't even put away his water hose. Just leaves it lying out on the front lawn, lol.

Hand watering of trees, shrubs, flowers, decorative planters and vegetable gardens using a spring-loaded shutoff nozzle, containers or a drip irrigation system is permitted;
http://www.metrovancouver.org/servic...s/default.aspx

"Hand watering" means no using a sprinkler. Stage 4 will be using grey water from baths etc to water.

As for your neighbour watering his lawn at any hour should be reported as that's just ridiculous.

So you know you live in a house of geeks, when you phone your husband up and say that the spacebar isn’t working so well after you cleaned the keyboard on the $20 Microsoft model. You expect him to bring home another cheap replacement model. Instead he brings home the $60 Razer Deathstalker keyboard.

^ Haha nice, I bet he was just waiting for an excuse to get it.

Has anyone seen preorders for that TAV set with Drift & Jazz yet? Nothing on HLJ last time I checked.

Not on the Japanese sites yet. US & Canadian sites have preorders.

For you Lego/Daft Punk fans...this Ideas submission got 10K votes and is in review by Lego for approval
