Just goto Michael s and get some pipe cleaner and felt cloth and you can make one like Maketoys nemesis prime cape. Crown can be made from aluminum foil and a sharpie for colour.

Use the felt cloth for the cape if you're going to go that way. At least it would have flow and drape to it, unlike the plastic one. I'd use something slightly more sturdy for the crown - cut out a piece of a clean plastic food container (e.g. yogurt, cottage cheese, milk jug) and use paint and some cheap plastic jewels.

I have the MP11-S Sunstorm, so I assume his coronation gear would work for Hasbro's new MP11mold Starscream.

I already have the seeker trio in the MP03 mold, but I don't think I'm gonna be able to pass up the new MP SS for $60-80. Of course then I'm gonna have to spend more to complete the set of MP11molds.

If I get the new one it'll let me just display Greenscream in vehicle mode as a generic seeker.

Any chance a local has a Hasbro MP TC available? Should have got one way back when they were at retail, bought one for a board member at discount but didn't get one for myself. Now that I want one, the prices are crazy.

If you don't find one in the next little while, I should be selling mine. Still MISB. I'm just waiting for preorders for the Takara/Hasbro Asia one to pop up. Once I get a preorder confirmed, I'll be letting go of Hasbro TC.

That and Hasbro's version may have somewhat looser joints due to the mold degradation.

Apart from devy and megs I didn't buy any cw combiners (irony). I noticed that the limbs sold at tru and walmart are different than the a3u ones which have comics, are these limited editions or something?

The U.S. releases have the comics. That's why specialty stores like A3U have them, since they order from US suppliers. Canadian versions don't, because of the bilingual packaging regulations. This was the same for the recent Generations deluxes - US versions had comics, Canadian versions didn't.
