Canadian Packaging Change for Universe Deluxe Wave 4

Thanks to Down_Shift for posting the first look at the new Canadian packaging for Transformers Universe Wave 4 Deluxes. As indicated by Hasbro at TFcon 2008, the cards no longer have generic card art, instead each toy will have their unique character art like with the US cards. These figures should be hitting Canadian retail anytime now.

looks like Hasbro kept their word and got rid of the generic cards. hope the back has the bots bio and stuff like the US card

Yes, it does. It's a tri-lingual back like we use to get with Cybertron. For what ever reason I couldn't take pictures of the car backs.

if it does that would be nice but then it might not have the bios on the back of the instructions anymore and I kinda like having that.

I asked the same thing on Seibertron.com, and it looks like the answer is no. I guess there's no advantage to buying Canadian releases any more.

Of course this means I can order Hound and Inferno right now instead of waiting ~3 weeks for them to show up locally.
