My Custom City Commander

Hey guys,

Been awhile since I lasted posted a custom. Gave City Commander the worn down look and added some custom missile launchers.

Hope you guys enjoy this!!!

Looks like the launchers are from one of the Classic Seekers, but the missiles themselves are a mystery to me.
