Pretty cool. The finish is nice, the pictures don't capture that aspect very well, unless this is a special version.

omg easy pass the tail is just hoard bot mode looks good but dino mode just stinks as I will be keeping my dinos in dino mode bye bye no sale

One of my favorite pick ups from the con, love it. Chrome and red metallic paint, smooth transformation. Probably my favorite FP mold, and since parts aren't supposed to occupy the same space as each other like Scoria's wings and kibble, I think it edges him out as best dino of 2014 so far. Perfect QC, no mods needed.

Got mine today... Not all that impressed... It does look good, but it feels so-so... Joints feels a bit soft... Toes were swapped... Weapons are a bit loose in the hands... Transformation is pretty basic, pretty much what you'd get from Hasbro at the Voyager price point, I thought I was going to be more surprised. Somehow this doesn't feel like a FP release.

I compared mine side-by-side with Hasbro FOC Grimlock. Pascal, it's on totally different level. This FPJ is way better in all directions.

would you rather have something like m3, where the transformation is overly complicated for no reason at all, driving people to sell them off? there's no reason to make this more complicated besides "because we can"

For $100+, I'm expecting more than a G1 toy with slighty better articulation.  This Sludge is basically a Platinum Voyager.
