I saw him once ine quebec city in Zellers Place Laurier maybe one month ago and never see him again. I'm not counting on toys'r'us for giving us big surprise here in quebec becauses de voice is in english but don't know if the box is all english but if it's not they have right to sell it here, but personnaly I think their interpretation of the law is a bit exagerated.
