As you can see from the posts so far, you are not likely to get someone to buy everything all at once. Most collectors who would be interested probably already have a lot of what you have.
Also, anyone who would be willing to buy everything probably wants them at a good discount.
So if you want to sell everything at once don't expect to get anywhere near what you paid. 50+ MPs would be expensive to buy all at once. There are few buyers out there for this kind of thing that aren't a reseller (store, etc.), and they will want to make a profit.
It all depends on what you are looking to do. Are you willing to sit on them for a long time? Then put up whatever your price is and wait and see. Or are you looking to sell more quickly? Then go in with your eyes open, and realistic expectations. Outside of "rare" items you won't get what you paid for them, especially if opened. And remember that every year more and more items are released, or re-released. This increases supply, lowers demand, and also means a greater chance what you have will no longer be as desired/valuable.
