I am wondering why did my Red armored ranger not come in a window box? I ordered from Nippon Yasan. Are there different version of the Tamashi MMPR figures?

The only difference is price and packaging. The US ones are more Mighty Morphin centric and sold for a bit closer to retail.

North American MMPR versions come with a window box.
Japanese Zyuranger releases were online exclusives, and don't come with closed-face box (like mine: http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e1...ul20131219.jpg)

Thanks for the information. That is the exact same style box that I got too but what really got me confused was because I had ordered the green dragon ranger in the same order and it came in a window display box. I guess you answered my question. I really wanted a window display box but I guess this give me a reason to crack this sleek lookin' figure out of the box.

Yep.
The Zyuranger versions for Green and Red were retail releases, so they got the window boxes.
Subsequent Zyuranger releases are online exclusives, and those got no windows.

Yeah, I don't really know why the Japanese Zyuranger releases had a windowless box.

Even KibaRanger had a windowless box.

I think it's more or less just the online exclusive stuff.
My exclusive Robot Damashiis also had no window.

Though the older stuff might've been different; all my Scryed Figuarts, even the online exclusives, all had the window box.

I own a couple of exclusives that had window packaging too so it might just vary from figure to figure.
