Masterpiece Grimlock

Hello everyone,
I m new here and just starting collecting transformers again and starting back with the Masterpiece line. I just bought a Grinlock on ebay and when I got it it did not have the 25 th anniversary sticker but a 30 th anniversary sticker. Can someone enlighten me on this if it real or fake?

Has anyone noticed the recent influx of loose Grimlocks being sold on eBay? Are these KOs or legit?

The loose grimlocks are left overs from the Hasbro Asia reissues. So I guess you could call them legit.

Kinda funny and cheap on both hasbro and takara part to reissue both grimlock and megs(both good pieces mind you) at a time when they have reegineered and made smaller both the seekers and optimus and added soundwave,sideswipe ,prowl etc... in that paticular scale one would have thought that they would have continued here with new molds instead of stepping back a couple of steps for a quick buck

Yes apparently there has been some discussion on TFW about these being legit leftovers from the really expensive Takara asian reissue. But it just seems like so much stock.

But what really bothers me is these sellers on eBay that are carrying this are also carrying other KOs so it makes me really skeptical.

On top of this, there is a KO MP Grimlock available now as well by Wukong toys called WK-01 that is a direct replica, however, it comes in a different box and has their identifier stamp on the inside of one of the chest flaps.
