I still haven't been to any Canadian Targets, do they have a cafeteria like in the US? Can I get my ICEE fix there?

No unfortunately...I was hoping for that too, but I guess it's a US only chain that runs those in Target. Here, it's only Starbucks that are in Targets. The only place I've been able to get Icees here is at a Nestle Tollhouse cookie shop that's in Guilford mall.
