The 1/100 Wing Zero was actually one of the first kits that I built as a "serious" builder back in 1999. I actually re-bought and rebuilt the same Wing Zero kit a couple of years ago, modded with parts from a 1/100 HG Exia Gundam. Made it MUCH better of a kit.

arent the AGE kits even more childish then the HG kits? (made for kids) or is that just how they look? they dont look like they have very many parts etc. I dont know is why im asking. cause any of the pics ive seen of them they look VERY basic. and im a MG/PG kinda guy personally.

Well, the design of AGE mechs are relatively simple anyways, so that might be the problem to you.

I personally don't buy 1/144 HGs, but I do know that the 00 and AGE one are very well done, from a build/construction point of view.

However, for me, like you, it's all about the size and complexity, but moreso the size than complexity. I have no problems buying and modding 1/60 NG/Big-Scale Gundams. I haven't dropped the bomb on the 1/48 ones yet, though.

First generation designs I'd have to say yes, but the designs matured as the series went on i think.

The MG Age-1 Normal is very nice IMO. It almost got me back into buying Gunpla.

Yeah these kits were pretty loose when i built them and i have seen reviews on them before, my brother wanted the epyon but he's not familiar with the whole grade system the kits go by and we are both fans of the wing series since we grew up watching the anime when we were kids. I plan to get alot more MG kits this year!
