And it's not a Hasbro vs Takara thing because Japan gets all the same retail figures we get.
Never was comparing MP's with mainline. I just said the hollowness was a Hasbro issue since the thread was called "Hasbro/Takara". Regardless if plastic costs money, we are paying more for figures than we used to and the figures are only getting lighter (or more hollow). I don't expect Hasbro to make each piece completely solid, but they can at least add a plastic flap here and there to cover the much larger gaps (such as the large gaps in the legs of many of the Seige/ Earthrise figures). They can easily add that amount of plastic to their deluxes at the current prices.
