I used the last coupon and was still sent this one. Maybe it's based on browsing, meant to nudge you into a purchase that you've searched

Combined it with some expiring ebay bucks to get a totally unecessary papa toys ultra magnus. $15ish off $35ish

Popped up on my work computer, I've been browsing for Disney's Cars for my son pretty regularly (but not signed into my account). Coupon says it's only good for that specific computer.

So definitely try browsing or adding an item to cart (but never buy) on a different computer/ip.
