Kreo AOE Promo at Walmart

Sorry if this was posted already. I was in Walmart today and they were setting up a table and handing out this AOE Kreo promo pack for free. Is this new? I'm not up to date with Kreo or AOE so just thought I'd post just in case since this is not a normal retail set. It's called Dinobot Ride.

It's a promo kit, given away at various shows and stores I believe (I think TRU in the US gave them away a couple of months ago, and I think they were giving these out at SDCC).

Confirmed, got a couple at Guilford Walmart in Surrey BC. Table was set up near the to section.
