Playability wise the Siege one is better than the FT one. It is a nice toy. And for the $80 + tax I paid I have no complaint.

But other than that the FT one is superior in every ways and is a more substantial bot, esp if you collect MP class figure. It is a collectible.

Both serve a different purpose.

From? The original preorder price from BBTS and the likes was around 220 usd (298 cad at the time) before shipping. Looking at the original thread on TFW2005 the cheapest I've seen was 180 usd (244 cad at the time) before shipping.

Had to decrease the FT price and increase the jetfire price to make it look better.


Jetfire could be had for 80$ at toysrus, there is simply no better jetfire on the market right now that is as good value wise. And people who are buying it at 120$, that is YOUR choice since there will be other countless sales at TRU so please dont bring up that sorry of an excuse.

I was referring to the various Hasbro attempts at the character for CHUG purposes. I would never presume to use a CHUG type release as an MP-scale substitute.

There are certainly nice looking 3P MP-scale type releases, and FT, as usual, does a really good job from what I've seen. I used to get FT releases all the time.

But I've decided to restrict my collecting to official releases. Mainly to spare my wallet.

nope, I paid less for phoenix than I did for perfect effect beast gorrira. I bought siege jet fire from amazon and eventually got a price adjustment. I didn't change any of the prices. Nice try though.

Mine arrived Monday the 22nd, just had a chance to free him from the box, haven’t transformed him yet . I like that he can be piloted by titan/power masters, it just seems to bring more life to a figure in my opinion.
