As I already said in an other thread, TRU seems to apply online a law made for grounded (and online?? I don't know) stores, publicity, etc BASED in province of Quebec.
http://www.olf.gouv.qc.ca/charte/charte/clflgcomm.html.
Nothing in the text says that an online store based outside Quebec (toysrus.ca for example) can't ship to Quebec stuff that is not french translated. And since it's mentionned in the item's description if it's english only version, I think the online customer must have the choice to decide if want buy it or not. That's one aspect i don't like from toysrus.ca online store. They decided i don't have the right to buy certain items because I leave in Quebec.
Outside that, free shipping promos are a good idea.
