I saw Windblade at the Toys R Us at St Laurent this past weekend. There were only two on the pegs. Also saw Jhiaxus and Crosscut. I can't remember if Roadbuster was there. But I did see him at other stores.

Roadbuster was at Target Hazeldean at one point...I have yet to see Wingblade other than what was reported by Mystique...
