Even better was getting a set during the Grand Opening sale with my 25% off coupon.
After opening the set I am pleased to see the seeker has a slight purple to it's blue colour. Still looks way too much like Thundercracker, but definitely not exact.

Whether or not it's worth the hassle for you, pretty sure you can go in with your receipt and ask for a price adjustment. And I think with Rclub you can do those within 90 days.
