Re: Human Alliance Skids Sighted in Canadian Retail
Awesome. I have absolutely 0 interest in the new movie line except these HA ones. Really looking forward to picking this one up! HA BB is one of my favorite TF toys ever, but this one looks even better!

Re: Human Alliance Skids Sighted in Canadian Retail
Well, TRUs should have more of any HA they have in stock since they're selling them for the astonishingly high price of $50 ($40 at WM, also too high).
So how is Skids? Since he's not even 'human alliance' size and the Arcee he comes with is pretty much fodder, he'll have to be pretty damn good for me to pick him up at $40...

Well i was lucky enough to see my buddies, got it from ebay, a few weeks ago and he's actually a very well tuned figure. Just a tad taller than his deluxe counterpart. Hardly any kibble. And i kinda like just having Mikaela posed riding Arcee.
My opinion, im happy with the deluxe version of Skids. But ur gonna get into the HA line he is a must get. Maybe even over HA Sideswipe.

Re: Human Alliance Skids Sighted in Canadian Retail
I find HA Skids less frustrating to transform and overall more solid than his DLX counterpart. Plus, he has fun gimmicks. I love the thick and glossy plastic they're using on HA figures.

Re: Human Alliance Skids Sighted in Canadian Retail
Can someone get me a measurement of the HA Skids as well as the deluxe version? Like, the overall length as well as the wheelbase measurement. If, you know, you're not like busy or whatever.
Thanks, chums.

Ok, he's better than the dlx, but is he 3x better (3x the price)?
I totally agree on the plastic quality for the HAs. I only have BB but one of the main things that struck me when I got my hands on him was the amazing plastic quality/durability, which for mainline figures has been going steadily downhill over the past few years.
