Question TF's in Calgary

Hey guys!

I'm in Calgary and I was wondering where the best place to find TF's new and vintage in or around the city. I'm glad my parents live here so I can steal their car for the day.

I know of Chinook Hobby and they're cool displays. (I'm going there first) I don't know the comic shops around the city or the best Chinatown shop is so...

if you kind people can shed some light on me, I'll be grateful. I have my camera this time and I'm gonna try and guerilla some shots in.

Thank you and wish me luck!

Chinatown is not that great for TFs. You might find some Binaltechs @ Dragon City (there is a collectible store on the 2nd floor) and the general store inside a mall next to an East Indian buffet place (yes, in Chinatown ). But for Gundam stuffs they are great.

K. I got some input for you, listen up.

In Chinatown, you'll want to go to Dragon City Mall, which is the bigger and further south one. Upstairs, there's a little glass hole in the wall, which doesn't even have a sign. It's called Animodeling zone, and it's got some Mp's and Revoltechs in the front window, which is the only way I can remember it. It's great, the guy there is friendly, they take debit, and the prices are fair.

For new Tf's, the smaller ones can usually be found at The Bay Downtown or at Sunridge Mall. The problem with The Bay though is that A) No exclusives, ever and B) Nothing bigger than Voyager on the Shelves. All the sears in the city are terrible, it's rarely worth a look. Zellers tend to stock up big time, but sell out quickly, so they're always a gamble. TRUs are generally out of the way, and you end up going just to TRU, unless you're at Market mall. Tru has sales frequently, and have lots of stock, even if there's little selection. Wal-marts? Don't ask me. I don't know, I find it morally irresponsible to shop there.

Happy Hunting.

That was a crazy triple post. Almost seems intentional XD

Anyways, for Chinatown, Nocturn nailed it.

I talked to the guy at chinook hobby. He said that vintage transformers are near impossible to find since the movie, but if you find anything be good to hear about where
