Take off a head?

Mabye want's to split the head in half. In which case, use a heat gun to loosen the glue and a slotted flat screwdriver and slowly and carefully pry it open.
Let me check mine and see how his head looks.
Okay so it is two halves. The face and ears on one half and the back of the head (minus ears since on faceplate half) is the back half. The split is where that circle gear is by the base of the ears. Heat it up, BE CAREFULL not to warp the head, and slowly pry apart. That's what I did.

On an interesting note, once WFC Prime's head is off, the ball joint is EXACTLY the same size of MegaBloks articulated figures. I tried popping Iron Man's head on Prime's body, looked pretty good.

Tried the little Iron Man with Prime's head... Not so good.

If I were interested in modding, I might have tried Master Chief's head on WFC Prime painted in green and black.
