Back in the Alternators and Cybertron days (ie, when I started collecting), I was hitting up stores every single day, sometimes even twice a day.
Fast forward a year or so, and I'm visiting my local Zellers/Wal-Marts and TRUs about once a week.
Nowadays (another 2-and-some years later), I don't even bother heading out unless there's a sale or a sighting of something I really want.

2-3...I pass 2 Walmarts and a Zellers everyday both ways from work...its too much to avoid.

Too many...no seriously.
I work in the same parking lot as a WalMart and up the street from a TRU. The draw of the toy shelf is typically too hard to resist, plus I worry if I missed something...

Time and money is tight so I don't really go out of my way anymore. If we make a shopping run to Wal-Mart or to the mall then I'm checking all the usual spots (TRU, Zellers, hobby stores, etc.).
