most complicated transformations?
which toys have you found the most difficult/complicated to transform?
for me i think its getting warbot defender into helicopter mode... the arms are just crazy to fold up.
and honorable mention goes to universe/classics galvatron... but mostly because i HATE that toy and how stupid it is.

Movie line crap, some of them buggers are just plain annoying. Not so much difficult, just aggravating. We used to buy the Movie stuff for my son, but he has sinced moved onto Animated, thank god. He wasnt old enough to really transform anything w/o help above scout class so he'd come to me all the time for Skids/Mudflap....arg, damn shell formers.

Getting any alt/bt back into car mode. It can be really frustrating and I'm rarely ever able to build up the courage to take up the challenge. Mine usually just stay in bot mode.

Universe Unicron.I always end up in mid-Transformation and it's usually a two-man job...I stopped trying and decided to never Transform that f-er again.

I agree, ROTF Mixmaster is a mess. He is one of the few Transformers that i keep in vehicle mode.
I also found WFC Optimus to be a pain.
