with the whole stance on toy guns now, especially the more realistic looking toy guns (even at a larger scale, like MP-05), i dont think hasbro would take a chance and have MP-05 released domestically.
they might, but i wouldnt hold my breath.
by the way, those pic link you post try to open in winrar on my pc. are they supposed to?
edit: i think takaratomy will be releasing a second production run of these.

Oh, u just download and open it with your internet explorer. I don't know where is a good site to post pic to link into this site, so I just use my yahoo account.
If there is gonna be American Mp-05 coming out...for sure I will get it, haha~

I don't think you'd want to buy a Hasbro version of MP-05. Case in point Classics Megs. You'll note he's white and purple with orange and black highlights. Rather than grey with red and black highlights. A Hasbro version of MP-05 would be similarly coloured, if we were lucky. Take a stroll into a dollar store or Wally-Mart someitme and look at any toy guns. All of them are bright orange, yellow, blue, green, or purple. Hasbro MP Megs would probably have to be as well.

Maybe his "American" version is the MP-05 with orange plug. I can't see Hasbro releasing the MP-05 without a major facelift.

I can't see US retaliers wanting to carry a giant P-38 either. Even if Hasbro made him Purple and molded out P-38 on his side.

With the recent incidents involving guns? Prob. not. Also, as stated by the others do you want one that is in bright, happy colors?
