Re: Adult Lego Fans
I've been thinking about the toyshow option, there's a twice annually toy show here in edmonton but I've never been there and I'd rather check the place out before I think about getting a table. I'll give Kijiji a look in the meantime, thanks!

Re: Adult Lego Fans
I bought and built the Cantina set. Minuscule is an understatement.

So you think the Cantina set is tiny?
It's an iconic scene for sure. What are your thoughts? Personally, I think LEGO didn't do it justice. A Cantina set without Ponda Baba and Dr. Evistan is just sacrilege. Why doesn't Obi-wan come with a hood, or does it? Take some pics, curious to see it next to your Simpsons house in terms of scale.
I'm hoping they do a part two and add the full bar with seating and include the bartender, Chewie, orange Sandtrooper, the rest of the Cantina band and some other notable bar flies. Throw in R2 and 3P0 for good measure. That Dewback and Landspeeder though, awesome upgrade!

I dont plan on getting it myself but I tend to agree. It's less of a cantina scene and more of a mishmash of Mos Eisley stuff. It's great that they did a dewback and a new landspeeder but I'd have rather seen more cantina booths and barflys.

I agree with you.
Multi, it is a fun little set. Little being the operative word there. It is not worth the $90 (I paid $72) unless you really want the Dewback, which is cool, and the minifigures. It has a door that opens and closes with a slide, which is cool, but the room it opens on to is so small it is worthless. I will post pictures.

60022 Cargo Terminal
City Coast Guard
60012 4X4 + Diving Boat
