leader class starscream leg issues

this is just a thread for those that have been able to pick up leader class starscream already.
im finding that my leg ratchets either do not work or the joint are too tight or are loose.

Ive managed to fix two of the issues i have with my Canadian LSS (knee not ratcheting into place and hip not ratcheting fully into place)
this is my second LSS and both have issues with the ratcheting joints and tightness/looseness in his legs.

im wondering if anyone else is experiencing these issues or i have a really horrible string of bad luck lol

if you have and have found a solution to fixing them post them here.

Ive fixed all the ratchets in mine by shaving off excess plastic found on the screw pegs inside but still cannot seem to fix a loose right leg.

I have 2 left (or was it right?) Heels. Going to exchange it when I find a new one.

I've had 2 issues in a row since Hasbro moved their factory...

man that sucks... i can live with my wobble hip but two heels you cant even transform with =[

i just dont get what is wrong with my hip ratchet at all. ive taken it all apart and looked and there really isnt anything i can see wrong with it, but once i put it all back together its wants to wobble in between the ratchet points.

he still stands and transforms perfectly. its just sucks that ive had to fix two of these guys already out of the box.
i just found out from my girlfriend that hers is also not ratcheting on the right knee for her. the leg moves but doesn't click into place to hold the weight of him. it just slides
i dont really know what to do that can tighten up a ratchet joint other then tighten the screw that hold the leg together unnaturally. everything slots into place so its not like a have a lot of freedom as to how it goes together to fix it.

im just stumped as to whats causing it.

FANS PROJECT EXPLORER QC ISSUES??

I just got my Explorer and Munitioner add on kits and after transforming I noticed that my Explorer has 2 left forearms. Not that noticable but the thumb for the right fist is on the outside! For me that wont be a REAL problem since I plan on displaying it in the combined form anyway.
I was just wondering if mine was a fluke or is this happening on a regular basis?

Sounds like a minor assembly error, that is probably not wide spread. If you got your set from BBTS or TFSource, contact them and see if they can send you a replacement forearm. FansProject usually hooks up the bigger stores with replacement parts in case of minor issues like these, so they can get the parts to customers.

Human Alliance human figures

I finally got around to fix HA BB's legs so that the wheels are on the outside last night. I also noticed that the Sam in white Tshirt that comes with it has two right legs. I checked some pics on line and the human figs seem to have left and right legs. Is this a common problem with other human figures? I have to check my other humans now. I guess I can file down the shoe to the right way? It does look odd when he stands with both shoes being the right side shoe.

I hope you get it resolved soon. I guess one can live with two right arms, but No head is not good.
