Picture is from China. Seller said he's 30 and he works in sales but didn't specify if it was for Hasbro or not. I don't think it's a recent picture though. I've talked to him on MSN a few times; he seems like a nice guy and he's an enthusiastic TF collector himself. But you're right, the picture does look wrong.

I can't say I blame him for stealing or selling them. If you're working in a factory that pays a wage that ensures you'll have a low-income lifestyle for the rest of your life as a factory worker, wouldn't you do something about it? And don't tell me just just get more education, that's not that easy (or even possible) in China, where pressure academic success is fierce.
