Blow dryer isn't supernecessary though. I did it without one.

Probably isn't, but darn it, crackin' necks is way better after a hot blow... er.... this is not going where I intended it to.

the dryer worked great. One 30 sec shot and a twist and his head was free....now to remove that mask.
Is there a link?

I have another sort of "QC" On his right leg (His leg that has the hunting knife) the knee can ratchet 3 times to have pretty much a 90 degree angle. On his left leg (one with minigun) his knee can only ratchet once-hindered by a bar of plastic in the way.(The bar is right beside where the leg seperates to reveal minigun)

You don't really have to remove the mask. Once the head is free you can slightly push it forward and lock the mask down. It's up to you though.
