Ha! Too funny...I asked Azim the same thing today.

Even now I'm looking at my axe-wielding G1 Prime pitted against my T/F-C #006 Megatron with his purple morning star and I'm stoked (like CBII ) to replicate that scene using Venksta's upcoming (sure to be just as awesome) Classics-themed OP and Megs accessories.

I'm sure he'll elaborate but I was told he's concentrating on his Universe Skyfall add-on right now but the Classics accessories will be next up.

Re: Renderform Retro Axe for G1 Optimus Prime

First, some bad news. As of yesterday, the reissue axe will no longer be made. I discovered this morning that the mold is no longer good. What sucks is that the mold contained both axes. I only have about two dozen of the axes made. So the show-accurate axe will also not be made for awhile, as I need to make a new mold, and I have to concentrate on Skyfall's mold and castings first. I'm hoping to get a second pressure pot early next month (needed for translucent casting). Once I have that, it'll allow me to do more castings and mold making at once.

Also, for anyone that has bought an axe, or will, feel free to give your feedback. Positive, or negative. Just let me know why exactly you like or don't like about the axe. Everything about this project will effect my future productions. So getting the feedback now will help make sure I only improve my work.

Thanks for your review Jeremiah! I'm glad the hard work paid off.

Thanks! The Classics Prime and Megatron weapons are planned to be the 4th release. So sometime in late June or July. The release order at the moment is Skyfall for April, Blaster for May, and then Prime and Megs. I'm waiting on those two, since their sets will have a lot of parts, and I need to figure out what ways to produce them, so I can offer them afford ably. Also, I have high expectations for that project, so the Skyfall and Blaster kits will build my skills up for them.

Where's mine? I was on the list for it before you went public. When and where can I get it?

What? I didn't have a preorder list for this. Unless you meant another member showing the progress via PM? Anyways, you can still place an order. Just PM me with what versions you want.

Re: Renderform Retro Axe for G1 Optimus Prime

Update on the axes.

All the show accurate axes I have, are spoken for. I will be making more at the end of next month. I also have 7 reissue style axes left.

If you want a show accurate axe now, I have some "reject" ones that didn't pass my standards for sale. They look like the ones being sold, but their just bendy. Their fine for display purposes. I can sell these ones for $7.50 plus shipping. I only have 4 or 5 of them.

Whoa they went fast! I'm not really surprised though you are doing really great work!

Thanks for taking my order.

I can't wait to see wait you are going to be doing in the future beyond what we already know you are working on at the moment.
