no, using the link it shows Omega is available to ship or do a store pick up as of this moment

August is the release date for scorponok and toysrus use the same sku for items regardless of waves so who knows the pictures may just be a placeholder for the next "titan" class.
I also dont really believe a preorder for something that came out almot a year ago. I remember seeing 5 years old tfs in the flyer and the website is a mess anyway so who knows.
