It's even funnier that ASrock used to be owned by ASUS.

Well, if they wanted their copyright to extend to computer hardware, they should have put that in their trademark application...they didn't though, so I think they have an uphill battle, or they likely would in Canada.

That too. Though I have to laugh as well at the fact that the current owners are apparently a company called Pegatron.

Sounds a lot like Megatron to me. Perhaps a little too much...

3rd person to pre-order, out of 15 that Memory Express received in the first shipment

Also, don't worry, this lawsuit is most likely going to bust. You'll get your tab. Maybe ICS will be available by then too! Probably not

They never got any keyboards in though, the keyboards will probably come in the same time as your Prime.

I agree, adding "Prime" to that equation is just asking for trouble. They should have named it Computron or something.

Re: Hasbro files lawsuit on ASUS

And really, if all else fails, and they need to drop the Transformer Prime name (which won't happen..) They can just call it by the model number, which doesn't have the Zing that Prime has. TF201. The original ASUS Transformer was TF101.

The battery life on this thing is amazing. I've had it on since Christmas Morning, using it on and off, hearing it buzz from acorss the room whenever I get a tweet or email. Right now the battery is sitting at 50%. To be fair though, I don't use it much at home, and haven't gone anywhere with it since Christmas day. But still...

Re: Hasbro files lawsuit on ASUS

I heard this lawsuit has Asus reconsidering the planned name for the third version of their tablet, which was tentatively named "Heroic Autobot Leader PowerMaster Optimus Prime".

lol

To be fair a tablet called Transformer Prime is WAY to close to a show called Transformers Prime. I mean, it isn't the same domain but it was an insanely stupid naming idea.
