Dude, I LOVE using zip-lock sandwich bags to store toys!

... because the green stripe tells you that the freshness is locked in.

Re: Post Your Hauls

Picked up Animated BB and Prowl from Markville Mall. Might not keep Prowl since he will be re-released with a side car that turns to armor (hope we don't lose the mecha stars).

One of the BotCon presentations mentioned it. Redecoed Prowl with a sidecar that turns into armor of some sort.

I think they mentioned that many deluxes will be getting repaints of some sort, though so far we only know about Bee and Prowl. Skywarp and Thundercracker are essentially confirmed too (as redecos of voyager Starscream, naturally).

Back on topic: MP Skywarp should arrive by Monday along with Screamer's Coronation Kit, and I just got the shipping notification for Titanium Sunstorm. 3 Titanium Seekers down, one to go!

Re: Post Your Hauls

Animated Bumblebee, Prowl & Lockdown.

And I gotta say - I am VERY disappointed with the paint applications on these figures. After seeing dozens of photo & video reviews of these guys over the past couple months where the paint looked gloppy or splattered onto other parts, I convinced myself it was probably because they were test shots & prototypes. Not the case. Lockdown & Bumblebee are particularly bad, whether it's globbed paint on their feet & chests or speckles of color on their silver faces. Apparently this is widespread problem that other people in Canada & the States have been noticing, so it's definitely not a one-off case. And unfortunately, not something you can really scope out too easily through the packaging before you buy them.

Here's hoping it's only this bad with Wave 1 and will be improved as the series goes on. But where this current batch is concerned, I'm seriously considering returning them.

Some of the yellow is darker on different parts of BumbleBee.
