I ended up ordering the creatures colide and 3$ sharpies . They sent out the set first and then 2 days later canceled the sharpies. I have not been refunded yet so I don't know if they will charge me because I won't have gotten two items

I suspect that if they cancelled the sharpies, the promotion price won't be applied, I hate when they do stuff like that...

ordered origins jazz online, says available at my selected store. Get a cancellation. I've only ever tried to order 3 things from toysrus and 2/3 were cancelled. I'm going to happily pay more to get jazz elsewhere. I'm done with this damn giraffe and its caveman website!

I only used the online listings to identify which Ott/Gat shops had some figs I’m looking for, then just go get em in-store

For all it’s faults, I will say TRU online stock levels are decently accurate, and you can actually deal with cust service over the phone

Yeah I just did a "pick-up in store" at the Kanata/Stittsville location on the last day of their BOGO 40% off clearance sale last week.



Everything went fine and picked up my items without a hassle.



So I can't speak for others, but so far for me it worked out. Granted though I don't order from/shop at TRU much anymore.

I ordered from that Australian site that comes up when you look up the figure on Google. Came in last week, no problems with the figure.

Interesting that they're doing well enough to open more stores.

For the one in Burnaby, BC at Station Square, wonder if that means the Metrotown location is closing.

Interesting, the Victoria Mayfair location just closed but they are opening a new one in Uptown not far away. I wonder if they are closing the huge big box locations in favor of smaller stores with lower rent.

I'd like to know that too. I wonder if they are moving where Bed Bath and Beyond was.
