Same experience for me. Couldn't cancel my previous order, so had to contact a staff member on the customer service team to do it for me. Hopefully things work out fine. Fingers crossed.

jesus christ, is that really the size of the figure inside the box? that's a lot of empty space to justify the price point/size of the "commander-class" box

Yeah, I thought the same thing when I opened the box.

TBF I'm pretty sure I've thought that with every Commander class out of the box (except Skywarp because I got the SG version.)

Jetfire, Skylinx did fill the boxes quite well, Rodimus was spread out and the trailer aside to fill the box as much as they could to make it look like more, but MM is a pretty sad thing to see like that, but is as expected to be honest.

Not sure which figure(s) you're thinking of...

They've basically confirmed "size" classes are based on engineering/complexity and paint applications. Motormaster is pretty complex, given he's the main figure for a whole combiner.
