I don't think there are specific moments, it depend on when and what people bring in some stuff , the sorting and the space on the shelves. I don't know for the toys, but the clothes, after a specific time, are removed from the rack and sent to some charity or recycling organizations. My sister work there since one month and I asked her to chek sometimes if she see some TF looking toys, but nothing actually.

I believe it. Its amazing I still find so much stuff there some 20 years after the fact. I don't even mention all the Star Wars stuff I find there as well. I stop there, at multiple locations, probably twice a week. I drive past a couple of their stores on my route to work everyday thus its easy to pop in and out, and its paid off huge. I do go through dry spells for weeks at a time to, but the finds make it so worthwhile.

more than half of my entire toy collection is made up of finds at yard sales, thrift stores and flea markets. it really is a great way to boost your collection.
I haven't really found much as of late, but I have found some stellar stuff.
