Thumbs down TFs and HD-DVD

I plan on buying an HD-DVD player for Transformers: the movie. Anyone in the same boat?

I thought we could use this thread for the best deals on HD-DVD players, as well as talk on how our favourite bots look in HD. So far I've found the xbox add-on to be the cheapest player:

Let's try and keep this thread updated for us HD fans and the release of Transformers on HD-DVD October 16th!!!

Do you already have an awesome TV that makes HD-DVD image quality possible?

don't get the xbox 360 add-on. There's an updated one coming out next year from Microsoft which is more improved and with probably added features.

Yeah, I Think I'm going to hang tight untill it's released. All things considered, 200 beans for a hddvd player doesn't suck.
