I must have caught a bug from one of you guys because I got hit by ANOTHER custom idea...

You take FOC Twintwist... and you repaint him as Thunderblast! He looks hover-crafty enough and has a turret and a slender figure, with some clever paint his goatee like chin bump could look like a strap...

Am I crazy or would that toally work?

kitbashing is another side of the addiction. It's even worse since it feels like an itch you just have to scratch or else.

Pascal's got it too with the legos.

What's a good way to add to a Transformer? Would glueing parts on be solid enough??

Depends on what you want to do.
Gluing should be more than enough, providing you're using the appropriate glue on the appropriate part.

Haven't decided but if I do go for my silly Thunderblast idea I would like to add a few parts to the chest piece to bulk it up a bit.

If you're just gluing hard plastic to hard plastic, model cement or crazy glue should do the trick.

I'd recommend a head-swap for that kitbash, though. Sounds like a great idea.

I think the Twintwist head can actually work, it has plump lips, a head crest and you can fudge a chin strap out of the 'goatee'... Maybe sanding it down a bit would help? The design cues are mostly there already if I paint them differently. Maybe I could get some material to fill up the thread design?

Re: The Montreal/Quebec Local Fans Banter Thread

what you want as glue is cyanoacrylate glue... just make sure that you use the thick one... if you use the regular or thin one.. you,ll see smoke rising from the plastic when applied... or you,ll get burned if you have some on your hands lol
