Head sculpting

Anyone know the best materials for sculpting and affixing a new head, and if anyone knows of any tutorials or tips it would be greatly appreciated

I don't know much about the topic, but people usually use a combination of styrene (which is a plastic you can buy in sheets at hobby stores), and some kind of sculpting product, I've heard of wood filler, mighty putty, milliput, plumber's putty (you can find these at home depot/canadian tire), and products like femo/sculpy/primo (sculpting clays you can buy at Michael's that bake in your oven) being used.

I know Frenzy/Rumble has made a few...
