My Sunstreaker shipped on Friday or so and I believe it arrived here in NB on Monday

Just got a call from my local EB saying that my preorder for the TF/Top Gun crossover figure Maverick has landed in store.
So be ready for those of you that also preordered him.

Guys remember you can always ask stores to ship to your local EB.
Called a store St. Thomas and asked them to ship an Ectotron to Richmond Hill.

I pre-ordered online for in-store pick-up....nothing. Was at the store last weekend and they had no clue when they were getting them in.

Same. Trailbreaker was an online in-store pickup order. They have no idea when it's arriving. Sunstreaker was an online order and supposedly shipped last Friday but it's just sitting at shipping label created with no action.
It's a clusterfuck
