Botcon does not charge for any autographs. It is included with your registration so even when Cullen was there, it was always free. That being said, Cullen has stopped attending for the last few years and the belief is that it's because he does require a larger appearance fee now that the popularity of Transformers has grown immensely. The Texas comicon that both he and Frank Welker are going to later this year are charging $200 for a single autograph and photo but that also includes admission. I would expect TFCon to charge similar (maybe $100 for a photo or autograph).

I'd like his autograph because he's a TF legend, but I'm unfortunately not made of cash.
I'll wait for the official info, but if it's anywhere in that ballpark, I'm most likely going to have to pass.
