Visa debit (bank card) takes funds right away since there is technically no credit on the card/account (overdraft not withstanding). So it's treated as a debit card while a standard credit card has the credit and can be billed at a later date. So pay later with credit, pay upfront (while funds are in the account) with debit/visa bank card.
That's my understanding, at least.

Krylon Fusion washes off hands surprisingly easy. The police did drive down the back alley once, they gave me a look but figured since I wasn't defacing public property they kept on driving.
I have a sort of fear of chemicals and stuff, so I was completely wigged out spraying. But it's all done and drying/curing inside.
I might actually try using Tamiya's primer spray next time though.
