I'm honestly glad I didn't bother pre-ordering this, as that quality of plastic and paint work from this mould has been an utter let down.

I would like to see it in person to make those conclusions, still this is a let down. I could care less about the controversy last year, I think last years exclusive was much cooler.

The paint job does look better, but you can still easily spot the same molding problems (for example, look at the arms, or look at picture 5, left shoulder plate is not pegged in properly... because it barely can, like on Arcee - and I suspect the torso isn't any better, it must just sit there, like on Arcee). I'm tempted though, because I came to like the mold despite the drawbacks...

This. I don't have an arcee, but problems aside, I think I'm going to like this mold.

I actually think the quality looks pretty good from these pics. I'll have to see it in person though.

And I agree last years was FAR superior to this years exclusive. Even with the exclusive controversy.

Think the con should stick with established "good" garage kit companies like fans project.

wish i didnt pre-order any.. after last years i was excited and now that ive seen the pics.. ya its (slightly) better then the paint job on the arcee but not much,

wish it was like BBTS and can cancel my order before it ships... sigh

TFCon and FP...please hug and make up. The quality on this dosen't look too good at all. Plus, the best of the bunch was probably pulled out for the photo. The mold and idea is great though.
