Seriously, some company who I'm not even sure still has any say in the matter, though it's entirely possible, is after Hasbro because of the wording on the packaging of their SDCC Exclusive toy?

I mean The Epic Conclusion refers to the fact that this is the last year for Transformers and G.I.Joe toy exclusives, it has nothing to do with any of the media products involving G.I.Joe.

Wierd happenings if you ask me.

Edit: My bad, I haven't seen Robotech in ages... So yeah, why exactly are they waiting until after product has been sold at SDCC to even bother attempting something of this sorts?

I don't see why Hasbro doesn't just BUY Harmony Gold so they can own Robotech themselves and give them countless opportunities to do stuff with the franchise that HG themselves are obviously incapable of. From reissuing G1 Jetfire to creating a new cartoon or movie series to crossing over with Transformers.

The US government doesn't own the designs of any of the fighter aircraft they use, the respective manufactures of said aircraft do.
