Mine says "Arrives Saturday". Hasn't shipped yet.
My July order still says "Not yet shipped, we'll email you when available".
If I were to optimistically guess, eg "how I'd expect it to work", what happened is they got a more firm eta and quantity from Hasbro last week. The Amazon system then compared the newly revised incoming number of units to the number of still active preorders and had a surplus, which it listed for sale. Those excess units sold and were automatically given estimated ship dates (based on the new arrival date from Hasbro).
However the Amazon system isn't quite clever enough to update the old preorders with ship dates. Like an update process is missing or broken.
I expect Amazon will get and process the shipment from Hasbro om Tue or Wed this week. At that point it SHOULD fill all still active preorders from July AND the orders from last week. In which case I might get near simultaneous shipped notices for both my July preorder and my safety reorder from last week. Don't worry, I will neither keep nor scalp the 2nd unit if it happens like that. If I get 1 shipped notice I'll immediately try to cancel my other order.
Now, that's my OPTIMISTIC take on what will happen next.
More pessimistic possibilities:
1) the stock from last week is phantom stock and will simply roll over into the same "hell if we know" date to actually ship. I could see this being the case if Amazon just got an updated number of units from Hasbro, but not an actual arrival date. And the system wasn't smart enough or some property of the listing is mis-set.
2) last week's sold units are real and will arrive at Amazon and be shipped, completely ignoring the July preorders as those have been basically orphaned in the system now.
3) random shenanigans like we saw with the medics set where many ship, only to vanish in Halton Hell.
