You might also be able to get one on layaway too, although I don't know if TRU lets you pay over the phone. Also even if you can, there might be some ridiculous credit card charges your way (from your provider), so maybe you can get a family member who lives in the country/province to help you out with it.

Kitchener doesn't apparently have any anymore. I searched all the typical spots and the back of the store and there were none to be found. There was even room in the regular aisle, even with all the Bumblebees.

You may want to call the store.
