Can't wait to see what this is. I usually grab most of the TFCon exclusives. I've been trying to figure out what this could be. I thought maybe a repaint/remold of that new Percy figure, but if it's $35, no way at that price. Closest price point I found is that Targetmaster Shockwave figure, but the silhouette doesn't match up unless it's heavily remolded into Browning or something.
