The one I used for that pic with Sergeant Chaos is the tiny single packed ones. They retail for like... 3,99 or less and are often on sale at TRU.

You could realistically get a GI Joe figure to sit on top of a basic pony. Microman RyuJinOh is of a similar scale and he enjoys it
