Re: MP-36 Shipping

I try to avoid buying anything that would have to transit through Richmond because they're awfully slow. Anything that lands in Mississauga gets processed in minutes. In Richmond, it can be days, sometimes weeks when things go wrong.

Richmond has been enjoying my Megatron for over 2 weeks lol.

How would you know where it would land?

It's not just ten bucks, it's more than that in savings on shipping costs alone, I checked before shipping my MP-36, plus as it was mentioned, the risk of getting hit with duty when shipping via EMS is a lot more likely, so the more probable savings add up quite nicely considering. My SAL shipment arrived in 13 days, no duty, and I've never had an issue using SAL before.

ECO-SAL has tracking. It's supposed to be 2-3weeks from NY. It's past that time frame. CanPost is shit for international tracking into Canada but Aftership.com will track postal packages. Aftership shows no movement since it left japan 4 weeks ago hence why I'm getting NY to enquire where it is.

Experience! Usually...

Japan = Richmond
China = Mississauga
USA = Richmond or Montreal

Re: MP-36 Shipping

Off topic but I just got MP-11 reissue delivered to my office via EMS from Amiami. They shipped it in a box that was even bigger than the box they used to ship me MP-36....

i've gotten hit about 4 times total since i started collecting, always have shipped ems. I paid for MP-36 on thursday, and had it in hand by monday. it was a whole $10 difference for me from sal to ems.

Did you order with NY ? If so, Just curious if they declared a low value for your EMS shipment ?
